摘要
This article focuses on human rights within the context of environmental complexity. Thus, it covers the natural resources necessary to satisfy human life and grant human dignity, as well as it aims to discuss the matter of water in the context of contemporary society and the realization of human rights. Hence, human rights are perceived from the methodology of complexity, that is, knowledge can not be a simplified reality, such as the ideal human rights proposed by normative approaches. Rather, it should be guided by the multiple interconnections of the phenomena related to humans and their material and immaterial needs for a decent life. Accordingly, at first, we attempted to present the complex thought of Morin. And then, the issue of natural resource water was addressed to locate the environmental complexity of human rights. Finally, the possibility to think philosophy as inherent to human rights was advocated, from a complex thought perspective.
