The rights of ethnic minorities

It is therefore necessary to strengthen some special rights group of minority cultures, arguing the idea of the individual free and equal, in a just society, where political freedoms are respected, just equality of opportunity and the principle difference; with the acceptance of a plurality of concepts of good, to recognize the 'other' on the values of tolerance and cooperation, exercising their civil liberty from a public conception of justice and equity.
