摘要
The trafficking of women In not only violence against women but also a human rights violation. Although the extent of such violence is well Known, the response of the vast majority of governments around the world is negative or Inefficient as Is the came of federal and state governments In Mexico. Many International organizations, Including the United Nations, have recommended various actions and legislation to Mexico, but the response of those national and state governments has been poor. The main objective of this research is to examine and document the International. national (Mexico) and state (Nuevo Leon) instruments related to the trafficking of women. This paper is divided into three parts: the first examines international instruments; the second describes the adapted national Instruments to combat the trafficking of women in Mexico; and the third analyzes. measures adapted by the government of Nuevo Leon to combat this problem In the State.
