摘要
The satisfaction of patients seeking care is one of the cornerstones for success and excellence in hospital. The users' requirements for quality may differ depending on whether the service provider is public or private. Regardless, users of the health system will always require attention commensurate to what they hope to focus on the recovery of the presenting clinical condition and also they are well cared for both themselves and their families. Satisfaction evaluations conducted in recent years in Latin American countries and Spain show positive results in many of the issues discussed, but it must not neglect those who fail to complete satisfaction. Who goes to a clinic seeking medical attention, demand better care every day since the mechanisms of information and communication can expand and be aware of the latest developments in medicine. Therefore, the administrative area of each institution must constantly be attentive to the needs of individuals served and why not, both intra and extra hospitably.
