The Sources of Public Access to Personal Data

摘要：
The data protection laws usually include exceptions to the principle of the consent from the data titular. One of the most used figures in Spain and Latin America are the sources of public access to personal data. However, its regulation must be detailed, that allows free access to certain data, does not become the general rule and lead us to a loss of privacy. At the beginning a new discussion to change the Law 19.628, it is important to do an analysis of this figure so that the proposed changes lead us to a higher level of protection of personal data.
