摘要：
The analyses the effects of anti-corruption measures in Colombia, including laws, policies, budget allocation and agency creation. The article makes a revision of these measures and then analyses various corruption indicators in order to conclude that there is a gap between Colombia's efforts and the historical levels of corruption (as measured by those indicators). There are some finishing remarks about possible actions that could modify this situation, to be considered in future comprehensive public policies on anti- corruption.
