Holographic-interferometric leakage testing of bellows

Holographic interferometry is considered as a means of resting bellows for leakage without filling them with a special gas mixture immediately after welding or soldering. A formula is obtained for the dependence of the inspection time on the hole size. The diagram of the experimental arrangement is given. A leakage testing method is described and experimental results obtained with it are reported.
