摘要
Beginning with some ideas about the "anthropological turn" experimented by the intangible heritage concept in the last years, in this contribution the author deals with its use as a commodity by new types of rural sustainable tourism, especially that community-based tourism in Latin America. Based on the proposal of the "Territorial Development with Cultural Identity" view, used by NGOs and public development agencies at national and international level, the author refers to the group of those initiatives located in indigenous communities in southern Peru, and discuss about the anthropological contributions to those projects.
