摘要：
We report the case of a patient with preterm tabour at 34 weeks with polyhydramnios associated with an obstetric scan finding initially defined as accessory placental cotyledon. At the histological examination, this was found to be a giant chorioangioma, which in our opinion could be the cause of the patient's clinical symptoms. Due to the lack of studies in the literature and new treatment possibilities, we consider that publication of the case may be of interest. (C) 2016 Elsevier Espana, S.L.U. All rights reserved.
