摘要：
The so-called idiopathic scrotal calcinosis does not appear to be idiopathic, but rather a process of dystrophic calcification of epidermal cysts. A case is reported that would be otherwise called idopathic where squamous epithelial lining was found around the calcified masses. The calcified scrotal nodules apparently are related to epidermal cysts.
