摘要
Ability beliefs that people possess influence human behavior in an important way. Therefore, the objective of this work is to give shape to a revision of ability beliefs in physical activity and sport. To achieve this, in the first place, a description of concepts is performed, to continue by showing the instruments developed for their evaluation in the physical-sport environment, as well as the different research works which have been carried out. Finally the conclusions derived from these research works, performance suggestions and research prospectives are presented. It is fundamental to develop the belief that ability may improve through effort and practice, in order to achieve more positive consequences. To fulfill this objective, task-involving climates should be transmitted.
