摘要
This work performed a systematic review on tools used to create learning objects. The purpose was finding tools that could be used by educators who only had basic knowledge of informatics. To do so, the identified tools were categorized according to relevance and usability criteria, installed and tested. Results showed that there are few tools accessible to educators and, consequently, the number of learning objects is also insufficient to support and improve education.
