摘要：

This paper presents a model for interpreting the spatio-temporal variability of the property price in the city of Granada. The database used has been built from sampling for different years. The model is based on spatio-temporal autocorrelation analysis of the variable, property price, and covariates such as house characteristics, location and selling time.
