摘要：
A 4-year-old young male child was investigated for spinal tuberculosis (TB) and Mycobacterium tuberculosis was isolated from the sample. In another case, a 2-year-old male patient with Potts spine, M. tuberculosis was isolated from the pus sample. In both cases, Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) scar was absent. BCG vaccination may prevent bone TB.
