摘要
Chemical ligation was employed to synthesize circular oligonucleotides containing 1,2-dideoxy-D-ribofuranose inserts or nonmodified ones. Such oligonucleotides are able to form stable DNA duplexes with short oligonucleotides complementary to a part of the circular molecule. Circular oligonucleotides are able to interact with 120-unit long RNA; the hybrid duplexes formed may be attacked by RNase H.
