摘要
The aim of this study was to describe and analyze how the variables of justice at work and retaliatory actions are configured in the perception of technical-administrative servers of one federal and public educational institution, The Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG). After explaining the conceptual references, the quantitative research with 52 servers has been characterized. Different perceptions about how rewards are distributed in the institution (distributive justice) were observed and the majority of respondents disagree about the existence of equity in the relevant organizational policies (procedural justice). The data also indicated different perceptions among respondents regarding the frequency of retaliatory actions of the servers against the institution. The trial of the occurrence of such behavior that has been propounded was unfair. Most respondents showed indignation at injustice organizational (affective component) and, in the other hand, a strong propensity to not retaliate to them (conative component). Suggestions for future research were made in the face of data and study limitations.
