摘要
The school is an institution with peculiar characteristics, formed according to the age group and that transfers knowledge to the people through their teachers. The school as a whole believes that all the people pertaining to the school environment should be considered as educators, because the responsibilities in the social context of an educational institution are much broader than just comparing them to an industry or even to other branches of service. The accidents prevention in most of the educational institutions seems to answer only the minimum required by law. The daily pressure suffered by the administrative and technical employees, such as the fulfillment of restricted schedules, direct contact with children, noise exposure, contact with chemicals products, attendance to the parents of students and many others, may become generators of work accidents and that usually pass unnoticed by the administration. The fact is that all this pressure is intrinsic to the school environment and its activities, and for this reason the institution must offer to the employees a policy of corporate education, with programs of professional capacity and internal trainings.
