摘要
The design, construction, and calibration of a probe to measure fast rise, short pulse currents is described. This probe is a 60-degrees section of a Rogowski coil that is designed to behave as a slow wave structure. The device described has nanosecond response and the output is proportional to the excitation current for approximately 70 ns.
