摘要：
The cultivation of key donors should be approached broadly, patiently, and carefully. One should involve a number of individuals, groups, and activities over a long but indefinite period. Important constituents include library advisory boards, past donors, and your advancement office. These constituents, along with meetings and cultural events, all go into the mix that forms the basis of an effective donor program.
