摘要
The requirements for detectors for topography are often beyond those which are achievable with respect to the present status of detector technology. Compromises between relevant parameters like pixel size, detector area, detective quantum efficiency (DQE), frame rate and dynamic range have to be considered. In the near future there may be detector systems available, based on structured scintillating screens, which in particular combine a high spatial resolution with a high DQE. Recent developments of other detection schemes are considered.
