摘要：
We report the case of a 74 year-old woman presenting a rupture in the duodenum of pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysm treated with success by an aortomesenteric by-pass and ligature of gastroduodenal artery. The pancreaticoduodenal artery is an uncommon aneurysmal localization; surgical treatment of which is often difficult on account of the proximity of the pancreatic parenchyma and arteriography is essential to guide the surgical procedure.
