摘要:
Overall and local mass transfer coefficients between a rotating sphere and a liquid flowing in the direction of the rotating axis of the sphere are measured electrochemically. The experimental conditions are such that mass transport occurs in a mixed convection regime. The experimental results are compared with a theoretical analysis. The agreement is qualitatively and quantitatively good.
