摘要
Although management seminars have a relatively long history, the aspect of behavior has often been neglected so far. Taking on managerial responsibilities, however, requires the acquisition of new behavioral competencies. This aspect is crucial in the training program described. Its implementation in daily leadership behavior is specifically promoted through a variety of methods during training. To this end, several feedback components, progressively more challenging role games and behavior-oriented management games were developed, Training consists of several interrelated consecutive phases. Between the training phases the participants test the possibilities of behavior transfer into management practice.
