摘要：
Aberrant origin of the main stem of the left coronary artery from the right sinus of Valsalva caused angina of effort in a 40 year-old patient. Diagnosis was revealed by transoesophageal echocardiography and confirmed by selective corona angiography. Aorto-coronary bypass was performed in order to prevent the recurrence of myocardial ischemia.
