摘要：
A least squares problem of special kind with restrictions given by inequalities is considered. It is shown that its solution belongs to a fixed subspace of small dimension. The result obtained in the paper permits one to reduce substantially the computational costs in solving problems of asymptotic stabilization with respect to initial data.
