A Particular Solution of the Axisymmetric Problem in Plasticity Theory

摘要
A particular solution of the axisymmetric problem of the theory of plasticity is given. It was obtained after reducing a quasilinear problem of partial derivatives of a non-hyperbolic type to a system of ordinary differential equations using hyperbolic functions. The resulting ordinary second-order equation has no solutions that are expressed in terms of elementary transcendental functions. Numerical integration is carried out and functions that define the solution accurate to an arbitrary factor and hyperbolic functions of an axial coordinate are constructed.
