摘要：
The free osteofascio-cutaneous fibular transplant is a direct development of the free fibular bone graft used from 1983 in reconstructive surgery of the long bones [1-3]. In 1989, Hidalgo [2] was the first to publish a method of reconstruction of the mandible by composite free fibular transplants. The aim of this study was to specify the anatomy of the osteofascio-cutaneous fibular graft and particularly of the vessels to the skin. The sensory innervation of this transplant is described.
