摘要
Annotation. Skorobagata O.M. Readiness for the activity as a psychological and pedagogical problem. The article is devoted to studying the synthesis of different approaches to determining the phenomenon of readiness in general, and readiness to professional activity in particular. The basic structural components of the investigated concept are characterized within the boundaries of the article, their generalized characteristics is given. The society of the twenty first centuries waits for the teacher who owns system of a professional knowledge and skills, knows how to sustain a level psychologic pedagogical and the vocational training, familiar with advanced achievements and scientific and pedagogical controversies at national and world levels, tends to fixed self-development and self-improvement.
