摘要
Transition from Modernity to Late Modernity has supposed substantial changes in the economy and in whole society, determining the change from an enclosing society to an exclusive one, from a world whose accent was on assimilation and incorporation to one which separates and excludes. Likewise, in the criminology knowledge area, the above mentioned transformation has contributed to the emergence of an administrative or actuarial criminology that supposes a speech of exclusion which seeks to anticipate difficulties, not concerned in eliminating crime but in risk minimizing This article tries to analyze those significant changes developed on the State, in labor market and its effects on society, that have determined social exclusion phenomenon as new paradigm of criminology knowledge.
