This paper lists 82 taxa of the genera Autalia, Cordalia, Falagria, Myrmecopora, Amischa and Atheta, 53 of which are new, maily obtained by collecting trips to the Nepal Himalayas made by Dr. I. Lobl and Dr. A. Smetana. Four taxa are placed as junior synonyms. The new genus Outachyusa, near Brachyusa, the new subgenus Philacrotona of Atheta, near Acrotona, and the new species are described and illustrated. The specimens treated in this paper are deposited in the Museum d'Histoire naturelle, Geneve, in the British Museum (Natural History), London, in the Museum national d'Histoire naturelle, Paris and in the Franz collection.
