摘要：
Diagnosis and treatment of acute pelvic pain in adolescent females require differentiating among a broad differential diagnosis that includes potentially serious illness across several organ systems. The case presented provides an illustration of the assessment and management of acute pelvic pain, and key teaching points about important potential causes.
