摘要：
In article problems and prospects of use of the methodology chrono-discrete mono-geography comparative law in Oriental comparative legal studies are analyzed. Conclusions are made about the prospects of research not only Eastern state and legal institutions, but also ideas and conceptual models, based on the methodology CMCL. For example, the evolution of the concept of a Sikh independent state illustrates the specificity of the epistemological and pragmatic function of research from the standpoint CMCL.
