THE WILL AND ITS ROLE IN THE CONSTITUTION OF PERSONAL IDENTITY

The present article intends to examine the existent relationship between the will and the constitution of the personal identity to the light of the E. Husserl's phenomenology. In accordance with their genetic investigations the will is presented primarily as a to "tender pulsional" (Streben), which is carried out in a superior level of the conscience in a different way, this is, as volitional acts. Once examined the general character of the will, the author proceeds to describe the moments corresponding to the voluntary acts, then presents the way like these can affect the change of an attitude and with it the way like they impact an election or resolution in the construction of the personal identity.
