摘要
The results of a theoretical study of trap controlled hopping in 1D systems by means of the Berezinsky technique are presented. In the case of a discrete trap state the authors give exact time and field dependences of the relaxation current produced by injected carriers. In an initial time interval where the moving carriers are effectively trapped, one obtains exactly the result previously found for the randomly broken bond model. Taking into account a small transverse hopping rate, the 1D results are generalized for quasi-1D systems. The physical sense of the results is discussed.
