摘要：
The effect of the ligand and the metal on the volatility of complexes that are used to obtain Y-Ba-Cu-O and Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting films by chemical vapor-phase deposition method are considered. The thermodynamic parameters of evaporation of these compounds, their heat and temperature of sublimation, and the conditions of thermal decomposition and storage are presented.
