摘要
The aim of this paper is to analyze, from a socio-technical perspective, a set of initiatives, projects and policies oriented to harnessing renewable energy in Argentina, particularly, actions in order to promote sustainable local development dynamics and social inclusion. In recent years, several experiments and projects are being implemented in Argentina. However, most of these experiences, projects and policies ultimately manifest as a palliative, since only provide energy, offering a point solution to a complex problem. Thus, the energy needs linked to productive activities or local development strategies are not covered. This paper first presents a set of analytical tools that will proceed to the deconstruction and reconstruction of the problems and solutions related to the development and implementation of policies and research projects in the renewable energy field. Secondly, it presents a summary of the socio-technical trajectory of some examples of this type of experience in Argentina, and finally concludes with some remarks about the process of co-construction of technology, social problems, public policies and local development dynamics.
