摘要：
In this work we try to think about the information and communication technologies (ICT) and the concept of innovation in education, with base in an epistemological opening, opposite to the diverse challenges and problematic that appear to short, medium and long term worldwide and to the enormous transformations that are generated in the context of the globalization and the technological development.
