摘要：
A problem of analysis of the robust stability of stationary dynamic systems with coefficients of characteristic equation preset as their attribution to certain sets (ellipsoidal, polyherdon) is solved. Necessary and sufficient conditions of the robust stability are obtained from solution of a set of standard problems of scalar functions minimization with nonlinear constraints.
