摘要
Companies must be prepared to develop comprehensive programs that require intelligent and responsible forms of competitiveness and productivity to be a part of success companies in global markets. The growth of large Mexican companies is based on the professional development of its staff and the expansion of knowledge. The aims of this study are: 1) identify the training key challenges for MSMEs and the training demands to higher education institutions and 2) propose marketing recommendations aimed to improve the marketing processes.
