摘要：
A microeconomic approach to output changes during transition is proposed for Poland, It integrates, in the same framework, property rights, export performances and prices. Relying on recursive least squares, one can determine the influence of industrial concentration on the so-called ''supply response'', which helps detect monopoly-type behaviour when concentration is high. Subsequently, stimulating the right supply response requires adequate anti-monopoly legislation and effective/efficient policy measures.
