摘要
It is shown the peculiarities of individual development in children. Investigated the usefulness of facilities for gymnastics development of strength abilities of junior school children. Substantiates the importance of the development of strength abilities in this age. Recommended the use of specially selected gymnastic exercises in class and extracurricular activities forms. Found that the use of gymnastic exercises is one way of optimizing the development and improvement of strength abilities of junior school children. It is shown that this approach improves the emotional background and the heightens interest in physical exercise.
