摘要
Since the approach of Freeman (1984), the stakeholder's theory integrates the need for firms to interact with certain audiences. In this sense, public relations into the framework of CSR stakeholder theory highlighting the commitment of the public organizations that can affect or be affected by the performance of the companies over their environment. From Africa, the oil companies tend to focus on the financial benefits and develop philanthropic acts to their environment. The new orientation of CSR from the profile of stakeholders establishes new forms of relationships between organizations and their publics. Oil companies in Ivory Coast define their CSR policies without a real strategy to its public assets and liabilities thus influencing their reputation and corporate image within society. This paper aims to provide answers about the relationship between the oil companies and so-called stakeholders in CSR management. An analysis of the behavior of the oil companies Ivory Coast down a management-oriented public relations internal audiences and liabilities of the organization in its CSR policy.
