RECURRENCE OF PRIMARY (AL) AMYLOIDOSIS IN A TRANSPLANTED HEART WITH 4-YEAR SURVIVAL

摘要
We describe the course of a patient with severe cardiac amyloidosis who underwent cardiac transplantation and survived 47 months after surgery. The patient achieved a good quality of life for 3 years despite recurrence of amyloid in the transplanted heart.
