摘要
This article seeks to delve into the validity and significance of a human rights approach, of essential application, when it comes to sexual and reproductive health rights. With a systemic perspective, it inquires about the complexity of its characteristics and the interrelationships that weaves it among other rights of equal hierarchy. It also highlights the value that such vision provides for the generation of public policies and the interpretation of the law, aiming to a fulfilled, dignified and integral human development.
