摘要
This article from the perspective of the author paradigm explores some trends in the development of modern criminal activity of an economic orientation and scientific contributions of individual scientists in the study of this phenomenon. Analyzes formulated S.Yu. Zhuravlev complex methodological concept of forensic and tactical means of detection and investigation of crimes in the sphere of economy, compares its own scientific positions and the proposed classification and conceptual changes in the structure and content of the forensic expertise.
