摘要
Presented are the results of analysis and testing of modern materials and their application technologies used when repairing the insulating coating of underground pipelines in the field. In the course of field tests the following types of work were carried out: application of a liquid thermosetting coating Protegol UR-Coating 32-62 manufactured by Protecor company (CJSC) by the cartridge technology; application of tape bitumen-polymer coating "RAM" manufactured by Delan, JSC manually and using a maintenance and insulation machine of the "squirrel wheel" type; application of a coating based on Wrapid Bond viscoelastic material (co-produced by Delan and Canusa companies) manually and using a maintenance and insulation machine of the "squirrel wheel" type. Anticorrosion coatings were applied at negative air temperatures to an underground pipeline by the diameter of 820 mm, located in a swampy and watered area. The article reflects the main stages of application of the materials and the results of the acceptance tests carried out after curing of the coatings on the base of the selected materials. A comparative analysis of the key indicators of the tested materials and their application technologies is presented.
