NEW AND INTERESTING LABOULBENIALES (FUNGI, ASCOMYCOTINA) FROM SPAIN .3.

One new species of Laboulbenia is described: Laboulbenia typhlocharidis parasitic on Typhlocharis spp. (Coleoptera Carabidae Trechinae) from Spain, Morocco and Portugal. The following 13 species are new records for Spain: Compsomyces verticillatus (Thaxt.) Thaxt., Corethromyces apotomi (Thaxt.) Thaxt., Corethromyces henrotii Balazuc ex Balazuc, Corethromyces propinquus (Thaxt.) Thaxt., Euceratomyces terrestris (Thaxt.) Thaxt., Euphoriomyces gillerforsii (Huggert) I.I. Tav., Hesperomyces coccinelloides Thaxt., Laboulbenia argutoris Cepede & F. Picard, Laboulbenia nana K. Sugiy., Mimeomyces zeelandicus Middelh. & Boelens in Middelh., Phaulomyces octotemni T. Majewski and Sphaleromyces lathrobii Thaxt. Of these, Euceratomyces terrestris, Hesperomyces coccinelloides and Laboulbenia nana are newly reported for Europe. Euceratomyces terrestris, Euphoriomyces gillerforsii, Laboulbenia nana and Phaulomyces octotemni are second world records as they were only known from their type collections. Compsomyces macropoda Speg. in Thaxt. is placed in synonymy with Compsomyces verticillatus. All the species are illustrated with photographs or line drawings and any interesting character is discussed.
