摘要
This study, implemented during the first two years of the Degree in Psychology for two consecutive semesters, focuses on the application of different participatory techniques for the competence of teamwork, which is at the syllabi of the modules of the two years and in the teaching setting we will call medium group (small group in the curriculum). Particularly, the activity of the first year was developed in the subject Social Psychology, and that of the second year in the subject Group Psychology. The study focused both on methodological aspects and selfassessment and peer assessment aspects of participants in the working teams inside the medium group. Relational competences were analyzed, as established by Chaves (2007). The students' comprehension of the activity and reflection as a tool to learn and improve performance were essential in this process. The coincidence of statements from self-assessment and peer assessment, both in the first year and in the second year, allows us to believe in the favourable evolution of many competence dimensions studied throughout these two semesters. These results may be empirically confirmed with research, still in process, which compares this focus group (the same subjects in their first and second years of the new Psychology course) with a control group in their third year of the old Psychology degree course.
