摘要
A single-mode fiber optic wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer at 1. 32 mu m and 1. 55 mu m, constructed from a fused evanescent wave coupler, is described. This device has an insertion loss of less than 0. 05 db and a wavelength isolation of 16 db at 1. 32 mu m and 18 db at 1. 55 mu m.
