摘要
Reverse mylonitic shear zone have been evidenced at the southern border of the Millas granitic pluton. Ductile deformation is characterized by East-West trending, steep south dipping mylonitic bands which are several hundred metres thick. Reverse faulting kinematics is consistent with the main compressive stress-field trajectories (sigma-1) determined by brittle microstructures analysis. This ductile deformation is proposed to be the result of the Hercynian and/or Pyrenean shortening.
